Collection of articles “The General Principles of Law: the Principles of Legal Certainty and Protection of Legitimate Expectations. Public administration. Business. Law.”

A collection of articles aimed at the principle of  legal certainty and principle of protection of legitimate expectations as integral part of democratic society has been recently published by the publishing house “Tiesu namu aģentūra”. The collection of articles has been developed on the ground of thesis of conference ” The State Consequence in Observing the Principles of Legal Certainty and Protection of Legitimate Expectations” which took place on January 29, 2016 at the University of Latvia. The conference was supported by the Research Institute of Legal Sciences  in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia , the newspaper “Dienas Bizness” and the magazine “Jurista Vārds”, bringing together recognized scientists and experts in various fields of law of Latvia.

The article “Lack of Protection of Legitimate Expectation as a Considerable Restriction of Personal Right to Receive the Health Care” prepared by co-authors, attorneys at law Ronalds Rozkalns and Solvita Olsena is also included in the collection of articles.
