Academic and Professional Activities

Ronalds Rožkalns is the author of numerous Latvian and international scientific publications devoted to various medical law issues. Ronalds Rožkalns has been a lecturer at the University of Latvia, Riga Stradins University and other universities. Since 2015, Ronalds Rožkalns is an expert of the Council of Europe in developing the Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) program.
